Cancellation

You can cancel your order. Complete the Cancellation form

and send it to us for canceling your order.
For obvious reasons, we cannot cancel your order after delivery

or when your order is on its way.
Please inform any cancellation until 4:00 PM of the day before

 delivery date(Tehran time).

Otherwise it is necessary to inform us by phone or fax  too.

Also a % 20 of your payment is not refundable if you cancel

your order later.
